Bengals:

LE: Maulauga - 92 OVR 97 hit power (should lead to more fumbles on QB), B.Johnson backup
RE: Rivers 91 OVR 87 speed 92 accel. Great for contain D, Dunlap backup
DT: Peko, Dunlap(6'6, use for DT blitzes, spy, contains etc), Odom(run situations)

MLB - M.Johnson - MONSTER 6'7 87 speed 92 accel!
ROLB - B.Johnson

CB: This can be flexible...
Joseph
Hall
Ghee
Jones(you can switch Jones & Ghee if you want. )

FS: R.Nelson, Ndukwe, Trent
SS: If you want to play the Oakland Raider way, start T.Nelson; otherwise start Ndukwe,

Saints ...
LE: Arnoux - 87 speed great for contain D
DE: Smith
DT: Ellis, Brown

LOLB - K.Mitchell
MLB - Vilma
ROLB - Shanle

CB: If you play mostly man..
Porter
Robinson
Greer
Young

If you play mostly zone...
Greer
Porter
Robinson
Young

FS: Sharper or Jenkins. Whichever you user, start the other @ SS

Hope this helps!

my saints setup.......I've been using jenkins and greer at corner with young at fs, porter at ss and robinson and sharper at 3rd and 4th corners. I play mostly zone but the guys on the outside have great press as well.
